Nominate a K9 Hero for a Portrait

***As of 10/1/2015 The K9 Hero Portrait Project is not currently accepting new nominations of K9 Heroes unless the hero has been killed in the line of duty/in action.   Those that submitted nomination forms earlier in 2015 have not been voted on by our board of directors.  ***

Only those who's K9 partner was KIA/LOD can request a nomination packet at this time. Please have the superior officer send us an email at [email protected] for more information about a portrait.
